we stayed here just as a stop off on our journey and for the budget price it did not disappoint. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel and our room was incredibly clean. The room got very hot at night, (probably due to the lovely weather we are currently having) but there was a fan in the room which worked wonders. The rooms were very well equipped. The breakfast was lovely in the morning with a verity of hold and cold buffet. It was also timed perfectly for those on business and those who were not. The car park was a decent size. It was in a good location with KFC and TGI Friday just over the road, as well as another restaurant. It is also close to an Aldi and a hand full of other shops. Would definitely recommend to others.

I stay in a lot of chain hotels with some better than others. This stood head and shoulders above my usual offering. It was immaculate and had recently gone through refurbishment. The room had all the things I needed to a high standard. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Perhaps my only grip was why finish breakfast at 10 when you have a 12pm check out? Another well known chain finish at 11:30. I work into the wee hours so this makes a huge difference. I missed breakfast my second day as i didn't finish work until nearly 5am. However I would return as very happy

I've stayed here before, it is a holiday inn express so you know what you are going to get, what you do get here though is a very friendly welcome. car parking is so easy, staff great , the rest as they say does what it says on the tin
