This restaurant has had several owners over the past 12 years however this is the best it's ever been. Robin the owner is an excellent host a professional waiter and a natural at customer service. The rich contemporary interior hasn't changed much and is still relaxing and comfortable. The 3 courses we had today were faultless, Salmon rillette to start, pink beef and pink lamb with Savoy cabbage, mashed swede, amazing roasties and Yorkshires, perfect rich gravy and even the horseradish and mint sauce were exemplary. We finished with a yummy Plum creme brûlée. GO!
