My best friend is obsessed with tea and we went there yesterday. So many choices and they are all lovely. The prices are not bad but the staff are not friendly at all so that kinda downgraded it from excellent to rather good place to go.

I have a keen interest in tea and this place is fabulous. It offers the largest and most interest selection of teas I've ever seen. And they know their stuff. It's proper stuff too, not cheap trendy tea. There's a daily chai which I've had twice, it comes in the most adorable elephant china teapot, I'd go for that again next time.

It's an interesting visit, there's a small seated section to the side where you have to take your shoes off. It has standard seating too. It's upstairs in a central location; no disabled access. The staff are very friendly and are there to help. It's quiet with a strong 'hippy' vibe, for the lack of a better work. Think beaded curtains. It also boasts fab vegetarian and vegan food, I've only eaten here once and the falafel was moist and tasty.

Food is an afterthought though, if you're going there, its for tea, tea, tea.

If you love tea, quaint surroundings and polite, happy staff, you will love Tea Sutra. If you fancy a snack there is usually a soup of the day. Then there are the Tea Pots for sale. Must get one!!
