It is lovely to look down the river at the quayside. You can see many bridges from one spot. Plenty of places to eat and drink too. I bet it’s even nicer in the sunshine - unfortunately we were unable to trial this!

This is another excellent place to explore when visiting or passing by Newcastle. There are a lot of activities to explore at this particular site which is located along River Tyne. Varieties of bar, pub and eatery’s around the place. Come around and feed your eyes and your stomach. Trial will convince you

Stayed nearby for 4 weeks and I just loved walking to the Quayside. There's a lovely coffee cart there from 7am. The views are stunning. Take a visit to The Baltic, drinks at the Pitcher and Piano or treat yourself to an hour at the Cat Cafe (catpawcino!). Great market on Sundays as well.

4 couples we visited for weekend, this area we visited 4 times, daytime, evening for the bars, on the tour bus and Sunday morning market

All the times were great and the Sunday market was great, also there was zip wire ride from the Tyne bridge, and we watched the millennium bridge open at 12 noon.

Definitely visit the area always something too see
