“worth alook inside!”
Reviewed 2 August 2013 via mobile

Earlier this week we took our visitors from scotland for a look around the Eldon Square Shoppin Mall. There's plenty of shops to look in from john lewis, lush to thorntons. Toilets & plenty places to stop for a nice latte or light bite. Very clean throughout the malls & well signposted & plenty mall staff onhand should you need any help or advice. If you visit newcastle upon tyne then eldon square shopping mall is def worth alook inside.

“Great shopping centre!”
Reviewed 30 May 2013 via mobile

I visit Eldon Square almost every week, as it is full of great shops! Whether you want to visit Eldon Gardens for something to eat, or pop to the new mall to have a look at the apple store, it's all there!

The mall also hosts the famous store Bainbridge's (now a John Lewis store), the first department store in the world.

Although there hasn't been any new shops lately, the mall has just started a huge refurbishment program which looks very exciting.

“Very good”
Reviewed 19 May 2013

I came here for the day while I was in Newcastle city centre.

The shopping centre is located in heart of Newcastle city centre there are shops located just outside the entrances too. It's fair to say the shopping is massive and there are plenty of shops to have a look around. There is also plenty of places to grab something to eat from takeaway shops, restaurants and also cafes. The toilets are also rather clean and nice looking.

The only problem is the size of the shopping centre, it is quite easy to get lost-specifically with it being your first time visiting. It also can get very busy during peak times. Needless to say, I'd love to come here again and explore/shop more!

“Excellent shopping centre”
Reviewed 12 April 2013

Clean, bright, lovely shopping centre with plenty of choice in shops, large department stores and smaller ones also. And then you come out of the centre onto the Main Street with more shops. Very impressed and want to go again!
