Have called countless amounts of times whilst cycling from Newcastle to Tynemouth, and I would recommend it to all cyclists, food is excellent one of the best bacon butties on they Tyne and their homemade soup is delicious a real winter warmer for those cold rides, the staff are lovely and helpful and the on site facilities such as the bike hire and shop is great if your bike breaks mid ride another great thing to mention is the cycle jumbles which take place each month we have picked up a good bargain or two many of time. Overall its a great place to have some food mid ride and meet other cyclists.

Once I discovered the hub I have been visiting every month either with a friend or by myself. The location by the river is stunning and much more relaxed than further in by the bridges. I always order the bacon sandwich and have not been disappointed yet...tasty well cooked and nk scrimping either. Love sitting with a coffee when the weather is good and some of the visitors in lycra make it even more worthwhile. Warm friendly staff such an asset.

A great cyclist cafe, but I"ll also use it when next on Quayside on business too - high quality, good value coffee and food (we had doorstep bacon butties), while doing ride up to Berwick. Helpful and friendly staff. Good service and amazing location. Views along river from outdoor seating make it worth the visit alone. Big parking area if you want to use it as a base to start / finish a ride which we are doing today. Try it!

Great little place that I have been to a few times on a Sunday before going for a walk round the Quayside or visiting Newcastle's long standing Sunday market. The best Bacon sarnie in town. Pleasant and friendly staff and dog friendly too.
