Having given the hotel an average rating for our stay in August I've decided to "downgrade" my review on the basis that the after sales service is appalling. My son inadvertently left an item in his room which we subsequently discovered having travelled 350 miles later. A dozen phone calls , a dozen replies of "we'll call you back" which to be fair they did once and we are no further down he road. That's 3 months. Thanks.
