Husband and i visited here for lunch, plenty of tables to choose from.Husband had a pint of shandy and i asked for a large dry white wine, the waitress informed me they do not serve large glasses, only have small glasses.Hubby had to return his shandy, as all of the lemonade was lying at the bottom of the glass, had not been mixed at all. We chose from the 3 course menu for 7.50p hubby had spring rolls which were tasty and i had a glass of orange. For the mains we ordered beef curry and chicken curry served with egg fried rice, which did not take long to come, which was alright, but nothing outstanding, for dessert we had banana fritter which was lovely. The service from the two waitresses was good, they were friendly. The restaurant could do with some heating on, as the place was really cold, might aswell of been sitting outside, and we noticed the waitresses shivering aswell. Will not try again till the summer

Trying to find somewhere to eat at the metro centre can be very difficult during peek times, so we were happy to find that the Chinese had ample room and no long wait for a table! We were quickly greeted by a gentleman who just told us "sit where you want" then abruptly walked off, the manners of the staff did not get any better during our visit. The menu has a large selection and included a £7.50 lunch time special for three courses. We all decided to go for this deal and ordered our food. Our starters were served promptly but where extremely greasy. Our main courses followed but arrived at all different times, rather disappointing. Food was just average. Waiters were not interested, they brought us the bill without us having our final course then asked "do you really want it!" We decided to pay and leave as did other customers. Wouldn't recommend.

We went here when we were Xmas shopping, as you can imagine it was very busy, we waited for 5mins for a table but were offered drinks which made it okay!
There were 5 of us, we had the 7.50 lunch menu, i had a starter of spring rolls, chicken chow mein then ice cream and coffee, all very hot fresh and tasty, very good value. Have been back once since and intend to go back again soon.

A casual visit. Ordered the starters which were promptly brought to the table. Not fresh but tasted good. The main dish was chicken and pork and they were poor tasting and stale.

The food was tasteless :(
It seemed everything was served straight from a jar.
We sent back the main course as the meat was COLD. Everything had a strange taste like it had been in the fridge for days.
When the waiter came back with the food he was rude and unhelpful.
Awful - wouldn't go back if you paid me!
