After reading the reviews we were sceptical about going in but it was busy and the only one that was on the street so we gave it ago and all I can say is try it!! Our food was delicious and quick to come out considering it was so busy the staff were friendly and we're happy to help in any way they can!!! Never judge a book by its reviews!! Lol

You can't fail the staff, very helpful and friendly. The food though was just too much. Ok, if you just wish to just fill up to the full without concern for what you eat it's ok, but I would recommend trying somewhere else.

Ordered house special rice (chicken pork beef king prawn) came with tofu, squid, 2 prawns and a few scraggy bits of grisly meat. Should have complained. Very poor very disappointed. Basically paid £8.50 for some (very nice) rice.

My family and I were in Newcastle for 3 days and thankfully discovered this brilliant restaurant near St James' Park. The decor was beautiful (the manager even spoke to us about designing it!), the service was amazing and friendly, and the food was astonishing.

We enjoyed every part of our visit so much we went twice! Couldn't recommend more!

Its our 2nd visit to this restaurant, and will keep on coming back for the best hotpot. You choose what you want in your hotpot, and then you'll be stuck as you duck into it. Worth coming back to!
