Stayed here for two nights and have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Check in very efficient and during our stay all the staff were very polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and ample refreshments. Breakfast buffet was very good, great choice and continuously replenished. We ate in the restaurant on one of the evenings but did find the food quite mediocre and choices limited.
Only complaint is that the window in our room was broken and we were unable to open it ( on the hottest weekend of the year so far). There is air conditioning but it didn't seem to make much difference to the room temperature.

We thought that the hotel was good. Room layout was OK but would be less cluttered with a little less furniture. Bathroom well lit but bedroom lighting not conducive to reading. Very good value with breakfast included. Good night's sleep had by both. Only minor gripe was initial check in which was carried out by a trainee female who seemed to have forgotten how important initial impressions are. She clearly had been absent for the interpersonal skills section of the customer care course.

Room Tip: Could be better water pressure in the bathroom on the lower floors.

Just spent a night here meeting up with old uni friends and their families. Got an amazing rate of £59 per room, for up to 2 adults and 2 children, which incl breakfast, 2 days entry to Warwick Castle and £15 allowance towards dinner per adult, and kids under the age of 12 had dinner for free. My son and I had a big room with a double bed each, plus hairdryer, iron and ironing board, free wifi and air con. Hotel is in a great location with free parking.
Had dinner in the restaurant which was good, and an excellent breakfast.
Reception omitted to tell us we had a dinner allowance when we checked in (I didn't realise we got this when I booked the rooms) and we paid for dinner in full. But when we realised and spoke to reception in the morning, they were very apologetic and refunded us immediately.
All in all we have had an excellent weekend and would definately stay here again.

We stayed here on Saturday evening, the location of the hotel is perfect, in walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and Kenilworth Castle which is well worth a visit. Unfortunately we were not impressed with the hotel, we were on the 6th floor but the lift was out of action our whole stay-fortunately we're both able bodied but 6 flights is no fun with bags....or in heels, we tried to ring for assistance on leaving but our room phone didn't work, we also had really poor water pressure in the room. Breakfast was also a let down, only served until 10am on a Sunday unlike most other hotels who serve later on a weekend hence a large influx of people between 9:30/10-it was carnage, we had to sit in a room opposite the main dining area so not ideal going back and forth with all your drinks and other bits. On leaving we were asked if we enjoyed our stay-I said that we were disappointed, the manager was very good and apologised and offered to upgrade us if we returned which was a nice gesture but I'm not sure when we'll return as we only stayed there because my boyfriend was driving at Prodrive nearby.

Thank you for your email, Can I first apologise for the problems you occurred when you stayed at the hotel, especially with the lift being out of action. Due to the number of people staying at the hotel on the Saturday evening we used the function room for breakfast as well to avoid people having long delays waiting for a table at breakfast.

The hotel is overall nice however there were several signs up about faulty equipment which doesn't set the best tone i.e. lift or of order and water problems. The man on reception who checked is us was excellent (black gentleman). Unfortunately the same couldn't be said for other staff who were generally unfriendly in particular a younger man in the restaurant and some reception staff. It should be standard to acknowledge guests. Rooms pleasantly decorated. Breakfast finishes very early for a Sunday at 10am! Would stay again but hope staff are better next time.
