Description: At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Just off the Old Market Square, Zizzi can be found situated on one of its adjoining roads. With a brand new look inspired by Kenilworth Castle and the creative genius that is Tobias Hall, the restaurant is centrally placed and is ideal for those shoppers who really need to stop for refreshment. Then maybe come back later and enjoy the theatre of our chefs cooking pizza in a traditional wood burning oven.Dine al fresco with an outdoor dining area for sunny weather. And if you’re celebrating something special, see if our private dining area is right for you.And tweet what you eat with WiFi available here (if you’re in to that).

“Nice pizza restaurant”

Zizzi is a chain but a good one. The pizzas are superb and well worth a try. This is a very popular place, and whilst busy the service was prompt.

Been here a few times some great some not so great.

It is just "ok" service is inert and without interaction food is the same. Had a totally tasteless calzone. Bland beyond belief.

Desert was lovely bit clearly a 1663

It's not bad value but could've great with some passion and duty of care injected in the staff

“Visit to Zizzi”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 August 2014 via mobile

Stopped here for lunch en route from London to Kenilworth Castle. Food was tasty and served quickly by friendly staff.
Disappointingly their children's menu (£6.50) doesn't include a drink and the portions are smaller than similar establishments eg Prezzo and Strada. My 7 year old was still hungry after wolfing down his pasta and he isn't a particularly big eater! Adult portions were also smaller and there were very limited options for vegetarians who don't eat cheese - would be nice to see a return of their gorgeous mushroom ravioli from a few years back, a mushroom / asparagus risotto or a pasta arrabiatta dish.
Still, it serves the purpose of a quick lunch in a reliable, clean restaurant.

We have always had a great meal here,we,ve been about 6 times now,the staff are friendly, although we have been on a couple of occasions and the host has been rather abrupt, that's why I've given it 4 stars ,the lasagne is to die for and do are the pizzas if you love Italian this is a good place to visit, and kenilworth is a great place to explore.

“Great value, fun place.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 July 2014

We ate here two nights running on a weekend visit to Kenilworth. The menu had changed since we last went,so lots of choices.Sharing boards good for starters, then tried the low calorie pizzas, which were delicious. Can also recommend the chicken and mushroom risotto.Affogato made a lovely dessert, with a wee liqueur on the side! Prices very reasonable, and service friendly and efficient.Keep up the good work!
