“ALL THAT WE NEEDED FOR A FIRST RATE HOLIDAY.”
Reviewed 6 April 2017 for a stay in March 2017

The Granary provided us with an ideal location on the edge of Kenilworth yet within striking distance of so many places of interest e.g. Warwick , Stratford , Birmingham and several fascinating N.T. properties etc .
The accommodation was spotlessly clean , well appointed and very comfortable. Without ever intruding , the owners were helpful and on hand if required .
The setting on the farm was a bonus , and parking was plentiful .
We would highly recommend the property, and would have no hesitation in returning to The Granary on any future visit to Warwickshire.

“Just what we needed”
Reviewed 15 November 2016 for a stay in November 2016

Perfect for a long weekend away in autumn. Very clean and warm. Plenty of space for the four of us. Ideal location as you are based out in the countryside but Kenilworth is within easy walking distance across the fields. Very helpful and pleasant owner.

Lots to see and do in the area so we would love to come back.

Liked best: Clean & warm and the location.
Liked least: I'm being a bit picky - bed was a bit too soft for me and I couldn't get rid of the sticky stuff on the dining table!!

“Faultless”
Reviewed 26 October 2016 for a stay in October 2016

No wonder so many of the comments in the visitors' book are from people on their second or third visit. The Granary met our needs in every way. It is conveniently located. Booking was easy and professional. The property was spotlessly clean and very warm and comfortable. We loved being able to walk into Kenilworth across the fields.

Excellent on site recycling too.

“Would Happily Move in if I could!”
Reviewed 1 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

With Tons to do within about 40 mins drive of Northmere, the Granary itself is genuinely a place that was lovely to come back to each day. Good Value for money during what is an expensive time (uk school holidays).

And although it is an often used phrase this really was a home away from home.

You're only disappointment will be when you have to leave.

“Perfect peaceful countryside retreat.”
Reviewed 20 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

What a wonderful place to stay, a real home from home. Lovely welcome cakes and milk so we could have a cup of tea as soon as we arrived. The beds were comfortable, the towels were soft and the showers were big enough for my 6ft 4 husband to use easily - always a plus point! The children loved having the garden to play in and although there was no gate at the end they were happy to stay I the grassed area. Washing facilities in the main house were free to use and there was a line outside as well as an airer for those wet days, perfect for those of you (like us) with children who seem to be messy before you've even left the house! The walk in to Kenilworth through the fields is very peaceful and you can even hire an all terrain pushchair or a carrier for the duration of your stay for less than £10.

“Excellent property and ideal location”
Reviewed 5 July 2016 for a stay in June 2016

Stayed in The Granary for a week which was not long enough to see everything in the area. The spacious property is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We had a minor problem with the Wifi which had stopped working but on reporting it to Tamarind it was back up and running within half an hour. Will definitely be back in the future at some point.

“Lovely cottage, great stay”
Reviewed 15 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

This cottage was beautiful and we had a lovely stay from the outset. Very spacious rooms and superb character with the beams and different levels. Everything was finished to a high standard and clearly a lot of pride is taken with these properties. The cottage had plenty storage space and the kitchen was very well equipped. Could do with a couple of things; knives sharpening, no kitchen scissors or serving tongs but we coped.
Note, 3 steps inside property from lounge to kitchen which may not be suitable for elderly or young non walking babies. We had a very mobile 3 and 1 year old who both coped fine.
Owner very helpful and friendly.
Couldn't really fault it. Would definitely book again.
Thanks for a great stay.
