We stayed here for one night rather than stay in a chain hotel. Rooms were very comfortable owners attentive and polite and breakfast lovely. There were also nice touches such as a small fridge on the landing with cold bottles of water and fresh milk. Highly recommended
Stayed with my daughter over her moving in weekend for Warwick University. we had a lovely room on the first floor with a balcony and double doors we could open for some fresh air. nice big bathroom and a great idea to have a mini fridge on the landing so you can get fresh milk for tea in the morning. Very nice breakfast and Jane is a charming host. they also have rooms on the ground floor, ideal if you are not so good with the stairs. Will definitely stay again.
Very clean, quiet and comfortable room, with comfy bed and good sound insulation so I slept like a log. Excellent breakfast and a very warm and professional welcome. Having wifi was a real bonus, and advice on local places to eat was welcome. Not surprising it is so popular!
Stayed here for one night whilst travelling from Norfolk. The bedroom was very large with a huge bathroom, and was spotless. Full english breakfast was offered with a choice of cereals, tea/coffee and toast
Owners friendly and pleasant
Ideally located for the town of Kenilworth, only a 5-10 minute walk. Past the town and up the hill is a beautiful park which takes you to the old town of Kenilworth, with olde worlde buildings and castle. It is a very beautiful area and must to see.
Off road parking is available. and there are many places to eat in the immediate area.
Stayed one night for a weekend break, the hosts warm and friendly, room excellent. The attic room we were in was spotlessly clean. Good choice at breakfast, served very promptly on warm plates, with excellent home made bread!. Would definitely stay here again. Deserves 5 stars rather than 4. Very pleased!!!
We stayed 2 nights to visit old friends as we used to live nearby. The B&B is well located within easy walking distance of Kenilworth's pubs, restaurants and shops and has good off road parking too. The room was charming, spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with a choice of fruit, cereal, juice, tea/coffee and any combination of cooked items. The hosts were very friendly and obliging. I've marked everything excellent except sleep quality which can be compromised by the location on the main road through Kenilworth, especially if its hot and you have to have the windows open. That said it is pretty quiet from around midnight to 5am.
