Excellent location opposite RSC theatre and recently refurbished to a high standard. The service delivered by all staff was friendly and excellent.

Room Tip: Have the hotel confirm the size (Double or King) on the reservation based on room range. The website...

The Arden Hotel was everything we expected it to be; stylish, modern and throughly relaxing. Our bathroom included a double shower and huge bath which was most welcome after all the christmas shopping! Breakfast was excellent and the service was just right. If you are lucky you can take a window seat and enjoy a wonderful view of the River Arden whilst enjoying breakfast. The hotel is right next to the RSC theatre and central to all the shops and restaurants (with free parking). We stayed for 3 nights and I wrote in the hotel guest book that I was going home a different woman - thanks to the Arden.

Room Tip: We had room Azalea which is situated at the end of a corner and very quiet - we therefore didn't...

We have have just returned from a couple of days at The Arden with our family. We cant fault the Hotel - the rooms were amazing -very spacious and comfortable and each one totally different. The service from the moment we arrived to leaving could not have been better. We also ate in the Hotel pre theatre - food was delicious and presented by friendly efficient staff. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The Hotel's location is ideal - next to the RSC Waterfront Theatre and the river. All in all it was an amazing experience which we would recommend to anyone.

Room Tip: We had 3 rooms and all at various parts of the Hotel and all of our family were very pleased with th...

Gorgeous room, very clean and attractive. Super bar/ restaurant, food excellent, attentive staff. Copious hotel car parking Excellent position right opposite RSC and close to river. Plenty to do around Strattford- we toured 5 residences connected with Shakespeare. A lovely weekend break which we intend to repeat again-soon.

We stayed one night here before an RSC performance. It's a perfect location for the town and especially the theatre, and staying here had the added benefit that we didn't have to worry about where to park in Stratford.
Our good experience started with the booking; the person handling this was happy to spend quite a while on the phone discussing the best rooms for my family and making the reservation.
Our rooms were extremely comfortable and the fresh milk is a lovely touch, we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening so can't comment on that. We did have breakfast which was excellent, portions were of a very good size and delicious.
Apart from comfort and location, the other thing that differentiates this hotel is the staff. They are all absolutely lovely, very friendly, efficient and keen to be helpful. In some ways it felt like staying with (very professional) family rather than a hotel. We will definitely be back.

just returned from a 3 night stay at the Arden. We stayed in the Maple suite. Nice room with separate lounge area with an additional tv. This was ideal as my partner is up with the larks so he could go into the lounge area and watched tv while I stayed in bed!!! Comfy large bed, spotlessly clean bathroom, tastefully decorated room. Not a massive room but a good size. Staff at the hotel were all extremely friendly from reception to bar staff to staff serving at breakfast. Would definately recommend.

This was the first time we stayed at a hotel belonging to the Eden group and we were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a complimentary upgrade by the duty manager and were also treated to a complimentary drink in the brasserie by one of the manager, who we know. The overnight stay was a present for my wife's birthday and everyone made it a very special day which we will never forget. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to go to the theatre, or just wanting to stay in Stratford for a short while.

Room Tip: We were in a deluxe room. It has a walkin shower or a deep bath. It was across from the reception...
