Reviewed 23 March 2014

We stayed here as a family of 5, March 2014. We were on the top floor with 2 lots of stairs, we did find the first set a bit thin and went up and down sidewards but otherwise they were not a problem. We found it very quiet despite being on a busy road. The en-suite was adequate with plenty of towels.
A double bed and 3 singles plus a dressing table in the room still left plenty of space to manoeuvre.
The breakfast had plenty of choice with cereals and fresh fruit, Juices and full English available.
The staff and owner were very helpful ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out.

Three of us stayed one night for a theatre visit in January, 2014 and were very satisfied with this B&B. Although the single room had no ensuite, it had a private bathroom across the way. The rooms we had on the top floor were relatively quiet, given that the house is on a main road. Service was friendly and efficient, and there was no problem catering for a coeliac guest at breakfast. We will use this place again for our next theatre visit.

An extremely well run B&B - excellent standard of cleanliness. Easy access from all roads through town and a very quick and easy walk into town and theatres. Excellent home cooked breakfast served in a friendly and efficient manner. A double bedded ensuite room for solo use was comfortable and with every facility for an enjoyable stay. Would not hesitate in recommending. The only negative was because of its handy location, traffic noise did feature during the ommuting hours but did not impair my sleep. As a single traveller, felt comfortable and at home during my two night stay.

This friendly B and B is a very short walk to the theatre and central restaurants. Moreover there is free car parking unlike many of the other economy options. The room was not enormous but very adequate for a few nights with a tray of biscuits, chocolates along with tea and coffee provided. The room and the bathroom were lovely and warm on a very cold evening outside. All were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was expertly cooked to order and well presented. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this B and B .

Stayed here for a night on the 30th Nov. The staff were kind enough to let me me leave my bags at reception before checking-in. Upon checking in I was taken to my room and showed where the bathrooms were. I was on the second floor and the room was lovely, clean, had comfortable beds and had more then enough space (just be weary of the narrow staircases leading upto them). The bathroom was also impeccably clean and spacious.
Breakfast in the morning was pleasant - fruits and juices available on the table and an English breakfast made to order as well as tea and coffee.
Once again the staff were lovely enough to keep my bags for the day while I went exploring.
Stratford-upon-Avon itself is a beautiful town with lots to do (it helps if you are a Shakespeare fan), so highly recommend stopping by for a visi!

This Bed and Breakfast was superb, the room was a decent size, ours was quite quirky, with a step into the room. The bathroom was clean, The bed was probably the most comfortable thing I've slept on in a long time, I felt very rested when I woke up this morning! Tea and Coffee making facilities were provided, (a must, thank you!) Breakfast was beautiful! I will definitely stay here again!
