I can't vouch for whether this establishment is good or bad. I booked 3 rooms for two nights three months in advance of the date. A week before I received a phone call to say they had double booked my rooms. And they were not prepared to cancel the other people they had booked me against. So I had to find somewhere else. Double check your booking.

We stayed here for one night, and it was a very good location for walking around Stratford-upon-Avon. The rooms are small, but clean. The breakfast was good, with fruit, cereal, and yogurt, in addition to the full English breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The "small double" was indeed small but it was also clean (except for the shower head) and comfortable. The breakfast was above average, with fresh fruit salad and a choice of low-fat or full-fat yoghurt. It is very central, only 5 minutes walk to the RSC theatre, but has parking. The downside is that it is on the main gyratory, at a junction. It was ok during the night but no sleeping-in (after 7am).

Room Tip: I think rooms 6-8 would be quieter.

We stayed here as a family of 5, March 2014. We were on the top floor with 2 lots of stairs, we did find the first set a bit thin and went up and down sidewards but otherwise they were not a problem. We found it very quiet despite being on a busy road. The en-suite was adequate with plenty of towels.
A double bed and 3 singles plus a dressing table in the room still left plenty of space to manoeuvre.
The breakfast had plenty of choice with cereals and fresh fruit, Juices and full English available.
The staff and owner were very helpful ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out.

Three of us stayed one night for a theatre visit in January, 2014 and were very satisfied with this B&B. Although the single room had no ensuite, it had a private bathroom across the way. The rooms we had on the top floor were relatively quiet, given that the house is on a main road. Service was friendly and efficient, and there was no problem catering for a coeliac guest at breakfast. We will use this place again for our next theatre visit.
