Annie is a delightful host who manages the b&b with down-to-earth finesse and a high level of professionalism. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and Annie made it all feel like home. Highly recommended!!

We stayed at the Twelfth Night Guest House for one night and Annie treated us so well. She is so lovely, the house, food and room exceeded our expectations and the small touches were fantastic! Bed socks, dressing gowns, helpful guides, books about Shakespeare, etc.

We chose the full English for our breakfast, and it set us up for the day!

Annie is the quintessential English host, friendly, welcoming and her B&B is everything you could want and more.

I will certainly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you, Annie!!

Room Tip: We stayed in the "King Size" room, and it was extremely quiet.

The two of us stayed one night. The guest house is charming and beautifully maintained and we had a nice room. Lots of thoughtful touches, even a glass of port and bedsocks! We enjoyed a friendly welcome, and were given plenty of helpful advice. Would recommend.

A wonderful guest house run by an equally wonderful and caring lady, Annie. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Annie gave us tea, coffee and cake on our arrival and did it again when a relative popped in to see us just before we left the next day. A great choice for breakfast which you could change the following morning if you didn't fancy what you'd ordered. Cooked beautifully. Great choice of cereals, jams and honey' s. Annie even prepared a smoothie! Nothing was too much trouble for Annie and she asked us to let her know if something wasn't quite right or if she could do anything for us. She was the perfect host. Out of all the B&Bs we've stayed in (and there have been many) this is without doubt the best. Annie will even organise theatre tickets, restaurant bookings etc for that special occasion (come on guys!). We are already thinking about our next stay - we can't wait! Will certainly be staying next New Year's eve. See you soon Annie. Netta and John, Pam and Geoff.

Just got home from lovely Stratford upon Avon.
Can't say enough nice things about this beautiful guest house, the owner can not do enough for you,the place is spotless and is in a fantastic location.
A short walk in to town or a short walk to the lovely church.if you are going to Stratford then this is the place to stay,my wife and I feel as if we stayed a week rather than a weekend.

Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by Annie. She was very accommodating and concern to her guest. Knowing I came from a long travel, I was given hot tea and a delicious sponge cake the moment I got myself settled. It was divine! I had been to a bigger and a chain of hotels already around the UK but my whole experience at Twelfthnight was the best one that I will always cherish. Something I immediately recommend to my friends.
Thank you Annie and the rest of the staff. Hope to see you again.

This is a great place to stay in Stratford. Annie and James couldn't have been more welcoming, greeting us with a pot if tea and cake on arrival.

Attention to detail and beautifully appointed. Well located for theatre, restaurants and shops.
