The location of The Granary makes it a great base for exploring, with plenty of attractions only a short drive away.
We had a lovely warm welcome from Wayne who explained what we needed to know about the cottage and the farm.
With 3 generations in our party it was great to have a downstairs bathroom as well as bedroom. The cottage is well equipped with everything you could wish for right down to the little touches like hand wash and salt and pepper.
We all enjoyed being hands on on the farm, especially my youngest who loved getting the chickens in and fell in love with "Jimmy" the dog.
We look forward to visiting again. Anyone who does visit must try the sausages, they are the best we have ever tasted.
We had an excellent stay in the Granary two weekends ago to celebrate a significant birthday for my husband. The Granary is extremely well appointed and is a home from home, plus it is unusual to find three large bedrooms with king-size beds in a holiday rental. Just what I had been searching for.
The open plan kitchen and living room was extremely well-equipped and is much larger than shown in the photos. Our family enjoy spending time here especially in the evenings sharing a game, a drink and a laugh!
The family loved the air rifle shooting session on the Sunday morning with a wide range of targets, to include balloons, and lots of laughter was had by all. Wayne was an extremely patient instructor. Our little grandson loved saying hello to the lambs, pigs and chickens.
We found the location central to many places to visit in the area.
We (6 adults) stayed in the Granary for the weekend. This place was fab and a great base to explore Shakespeare's country, not far from Stratford on Avon. 3 large double bedrooms, open plan living area which has all that you could need and wifi.
The men had a great time air rifle shooting which was organised on site. We met the pigs, sheep and chickens on the farm and even had sausages which were yummy. We would highly recommend this place.
This place is great and comes highly recommended. It is cosy and comfortable and is the perfect base to stay to explore Shakespeare country and the beautiful Worcestershire and Warwickshire countryside. This is a working farm also so great for kids to explore...
This was a joint stay with the Coach House. The Coach House takes dogs but the Granary doesn't so my family stayed in the Granary. It's got three lovely big bedrooms and a huge living area and kitchen. It accommodated 15 of us plus 3 children for a birthday party. The kitchen is well stocked, everything is clean, the wifi works. It's just a lovely place to stay and I'd very much recommend it.
Had a very pleasant four day stay with extended family. Very well equipped cottage, on a small farm (fewer animals than the website would suggest). Good location to visit many places of interest. The downstairs bedrrom was invaluable for an elderly relative.
Recommended as a good base, more than as a destination in its own right.
We were here for 3 nights and loved our stay. We had young children and they loved feeding the sheep etc. Sue and Wayne made us feel welcome and checked to see we had all we needed. They even brought us some freshly picked cherries.
