The church is nice, the surrounding area is pretty. One major attraction in this church is Shakespeare's grave. A memorable place to visit if you are in town and an admirer of Shakespeare.

but I suppose it has to be. Good if you can go when there are no tour groups. Didnt like having to share it with so many people.

Big draw for Shakespeare fans - but it's also a very pretty place in its own right. Plaques note specific histories, gift shop is very nice - The 2pound entrance to the front of the church is negligible - Think of it like the Sunday Offering Plate.

Very well organised for people to see the Graves. Lots of information available in a tranquil setting.

This was so lovely, on the morning of the 23rd, me and my girlfriend were welcomed here with free tea and Williams birthday cake, before being invited to see Williams resting place even though we had no money to make a donation. Fantastic information provided on Shakespeares life and religious changes that we're taking place in his time. The older parts of the holy trinity hold a lot of mystery.
