The staff here couldn't do enough. Very clean . very central. Park opposite in red lion whilst you book in in hotel drop off spaces then take car to nearby car park. The car park opposite is 15 a day or part day . we went to one which was only 4 pounds a day. Beware its part day not 24 hours.

Great location for a visit to Stratford. A few minutes walk from the main town and parking available - cost £3 for 24 hours so not excessive. Staff were friendly welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely recommend if visiting the area.

We liked the location of this hotel, being alongside the canal with passing narrowboats.
About a 10 minute walk to town centre, or 15 minutes if following the canal.
Although the hotel is close to a main road at one end (where we stayed), noise was not really any problem - windows don't open, but air-con was nice! Plenty of parking next to hotel, with special concessionary £3.00/day (includes overnight, until noon next day), when a Premier Inn customer.
A nice surprise was standard wi-fi was free for entire stay (or super-fast wifi rate at a cost).
Room good size, well equipped, very clean and well serviced. Breakfast buffet was great as was our evening meal in the restaurant. We can recommend the 'Meal Deal' for significant cost saving.
Friendly staff, can't fault anything and would certainly like to stay here again.

Room Tip: Aim for a canal-side room, towards right-hand end (facing front of hotel) and probably best on 2nd o...

We are seasoned Premier Inn stay over people and having given the 10 year old the slip we decided to head off for 3 days of adult only rest and relaxation. We chose this hotel to have access to Stratford and, as usual, they didn't let us down. Easy to find, the best parking ever (and at £3 for 24 hours great value), superb location next to the canal, 10 minutes walk to the heart of Stratford, spotlessly clean rooms, superb restaurant, great breakfast and some of the best staff we have experienced. To be fair, we have never met a bad member of staff in a Premier Inn but in Stratford they were the best. For the next three days the staff could not have done enough for us. Everyone from housekeeping to management went out of their way. Lot's of welcoming smiles, genuine interest in us, constant attention to our needs and we had a fantastic 3 days and that in a lot of ways was down to the service delivery of the staff team. This is a brilliant hotel that as always delivered 100%. Yet again Premier Inn get it right in every department and that is why we have two more destination booked with them this year. Fancy a trip to Stratford? Got to be the place to stay...

What a lovely place to stay. Everything excellent, service, rooms, food, friendliness of the staff.we loved watching the barges on the canal.initial disappointment with the surrounding locality soon disappeared in the evening when all the businesses lit up and lights were reflected in the canal.

Very comfortable and quiet. Good standard of cleanliness and staff helpfulness. Only 20mins walk by the canal or main road to the R.S. Theatre. Parking nearby at a reasonable price per day. Will go again.

Great location only a few minutes walk to the town centre and river. Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. My only complaint was that the bed was hard but that is personal preferance as my husband found it fine.
