I've been here a few times at various times of day and it is definitely a hidden gem. Being off the high street and away from most of the other restaurants it can be overlooked but shouldn't be.
The food is always of a high standard and while the service can be variable depending on how busy it is, is usually fine.
What bumps this from a 3 to a 4 star is price, for what is being served up this is very competitive, especially at lunch time
