Interesting menu with plenty of vegetarian choice. I had a Quiche Provincale and my wife a Homity pie both came with salad and coleslaw and both were delicious. Good tea and coffee as well. Excellent service. Nice garden to sit in but we stayed inside out of the heat. We will certainly be recommending Act V for a light lunch.

There are so many indifferent tea-rooms in Stratford but this is a gem. Lovely cakes and drinks, friendly staff, a super garden at the back where you can sit in fine weather, and a great selection of tasteful [not tacky] cards and gifts. We've been several times and the change of management doesn't seem to have impacted. Highly recommended.

Fresh salads, entrees, homemade deserts, drinks, coffee, tea in a relaxing setting. There's a lovely, large outdoor garden with tables, chairs, couches. Indoor seating is surrounded by artwork, crafts, greeting cards. You are not rushed along in any way. This establishment has been under new ownership for about three weeks . New owners are Jayne, Mike & Katy.

There's a bright inviting frontage but hidden away when you've navigated a card selection that's second to none, is a fabulous garden. Lovely planting, loads of different seating, wild birds and soft jazz playing. We just popped in for a coffee but the service was good, the coffee was well presented and perfectly made. We had to drag ourselves away. It's the sort of place you could meet an old friend and happily while away a long lazy day. Highly recommended. The do Teapigs tea too.

We often have lunch here when in Stratters for the day. The sandwiches are delicious as is the homemade coleslaw and/or side salad served with them. Our cream tea was also very good with warm fresh scones:)
It is mainly veggie but don't let that put you off. It's worth a try.
