Came to this cafe at 12.30 for a pot of tea for two and the owner was reluctant to serve us, when we asked for more water for the teapot as it was only half full he said we would have to leave at one as he only served meals then and wanted the table free.. He turned to a customer and said they have tea here then go elsewhere for lunch. We sat outside and most of the tables were empty so we were not taking seats diners might need. We were part of a party of five and if he had not been so rude we may have stayed for lunch. We passed by later and the place was still mostly empty perhaps that tells him something.
