“Reviews did not disappoint”

We are from Texas, on a trip with our college grad kids. Denise and Tim have been the current owners less than a year, and their eagerness to provide a perfect experience was delightfully successful. From the perfumed sheets to the decanter of sherry in the little reading room, this was a pampered experience. Egg and meat made to order, along with a generous side board of fresh fruits, bread, and dairy gave us a good start to our days. The walk into town is about a mile, but we took the scenic route by the old church. Our Stratford room had a view of the back yard, while the Kenilworth looks out onto the residential street. No noise. One of the few places to have air conditioning and the bathrooms are modern and large. I would go back again and again.

Room Tip: Stratford is the largest, I believe

We enjoyed our stay at this B & B. As other reviewers have noted, the hosts are lovely. They do a good job with the nice touches such as homemade cupcakes waiting in the room at check in. We enjoyed the warm, homemade bread at breakfast as well. We also appreciated the good toiletries -- Gilchrist and Soames. The B & B is a bit of a hike into town and we chose to drive. We did not have any difficulty finding parking at pay and display lots. The B & B is on a main road. We were not bothered by road noise providing we kept the windows closed.

We stayed for two nights and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Lovely clean and tidy rooms and everything you could ask for, the air conditioning was perfect! There was not much room to put our clothes and so the room got a bit crowded but the bathroom was huge and the shower was lovely. Best bit was the sherry that was left out for guests to have one before going out in the evening. Breakfast was excellent especially the home made bread. Do not believe the 15 min walk into town, we to a cab!!

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago during our tour in UK and this is the best among all our hotels in UK. A cosy B&B with the comfort, service and professionalism of a 5-star hotel! The male owner was extremely friendly and helpful in ensuring we know how to get around and where to visit during our stay in Stratford. We were warmly welcomed by him who also showed us around in the breakfast room, lounge and to our room (which was beautiful!). Bed was comfortable, toilet was huge and clean. The little touches that they include e.g. welcome cupcakes, free water/soda in the fridge, nespresso and some guides/books in the lounge, were really nice. Breakfast was great too!

Room Tip: Stow room is great for couples

Lovely hosts, lovely room, lovely bathroom, lovely breakfast—lovely! I highly recommend this well run, very comfortable B&B. The rooms feel luxurious and there is plenty of attention to detail, a well stocked fridge in the room and home made brownies on the dressing table. Complimentary sherry is available in the lounge, very nice when waiting for a taxi!
The owners really care about their guests comfort and it shows.
Highly recommended.

Room Tip: I suspect they are all good.

Lots of good things. Just let down in certain areas. Bed is small if like me you are over 6 feet tall. Your feet keep hitting against the 4 post bed surround.
Also you have to record each night what you want for breakfast the following day. When you stay for 3 nights this does start to get irritating eventually. Much prefer to think about what to have for breakfast only once I sit down for breakfast..
Anyone staying should be aware that it is a good 20 minute walk into Stratford or as we did a Taxi.
On the plus side the room is very clean and the ensuite well fitted out. The hosts are also very friendly.

Recently stayed for a weekend in May, it was five stars all round, lovely hosts made us very welcome, excellent breakfast lots of choice including homemade bread. Everything was immaculately clean, when we arrived we had two slices of lovely cake to greet us along with a selection of teas and coffee. The hosts had information booklets including maps of Stratford and places to visit which proved to be very useful. We stayed in the Stratford room with a huge bathroom including free standing bath and a separate shower with little luxuries. We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we couldn't have chosen a better place.
