Jane is just such a lovely host at this quiet old coach house propery which is in a beautiful setting. I have not had such a wonderful breakfast for a long time. The rooms are really comfortable for you and your pooch. The bathrooms have underfloor heating and lovely showers.

If I had ignored the sat nav we would've arrived a lot sooner!! My fault!! Please use the co-ordinates provided by the proprietress Jane, as opposed to post code. Needless to say our car got stuck on a dirt track but Jane was on hand to pick us up and give us a lift to the motel. As the time was now late, she used her charm to get the 4 of us a table at the Falcon Pub nearby, which was absolutely packed as it was a Saturday night and the menu is fantastic, (suggest book on advance). The next day after a hearty full English, Jane arranged for her son to tow us out of our puddle so we could be on our way again! Great, clean, modern comfortable rooms. Great food. Wonderful hostess. Thank you Jane.

Sorry you had such a traumatic time finding us - the post code does try and take you to a field about a mile away - and you're not the first we've had to tow out!!! Delighted that you enjoyed your short stay with us in the end - hope to see you another time…now you know where we are!

Great Motel. Jane is very welcoming and helpful, but not intrusive. The rooms are to a high standard and very clean and comfy. We have stayed there twice now- June 2013 & May 2014, and are returning again in June. The price is for room only and is very reasonable. You can get a great breakfast for a little extra.
If you have a dog they are made very welcome & they can stay in the room with you. Jane has two dogs herself-Springer Spaniels.
You can park your car right outside your room and the Motel is off the road.
It's a little gem this place. We shall use it whenever we are in Warwick.

I and my business colleagues from Holland stayed at the Haseley Coach House Motel for 2 nights this week.
The accommodation is lovely and the breakfast was first class.
Jane is a wonderful host- nothing is too much trouble. She actually came out on to the lane to meet us and lent us wellingtons so that we could walk through the field to the nearby pub!
We will definitely stay there again.

One night stay for a walking weekend - a terrific B&B hidden away in the quiet village and countryside but close to Warwick and the canal network. My room was extremely good and the breakfast simply delicious. Jane was our perfect host. The Falcon Pub nearby (100 Yard walk) served very good Bistro type food - suggest you book a table as it appeared very popular with the locals. You won't be disappointed.....

Stayed for one night whilst on a walking trip. Perfect base for walks along the towpaths of the Grand Union and, for longer walks, the Stratford on Avon. Sensible price, lovely service, clean and comfortable en-suite rooms....and a great breakfast for the walk ahead.

Room Tip: B&B so go to the Falcon for dinner, just across the field; excellent food and beer.

We stayed here having seen the reviews on trip advisor and we weren't disappointed. The rooms were clean and everything seemed new, the bathroom very nice and a good shower with underfloor heating a definite bonus. They say the host makes all the difference when you are staying somewhere and I think this is where Jane has the edge with a constantly helpful and genuine attitude. We had the full breakfast add on which was very nice and flexible timings. Parking is plentiful as expected and the out of town location certainly suited us. The walls were slightly thin but we weren't disturbed and this is a peaceful setting. I think it's fair to say this is the most I've paid for a b&b and it was a lovely place, however I'd have liked to see some extra touches such as perhaps some hot chocolate in the rooms (I don't like tea or coffee) or perhaps some biscuits, as I've had both these things at places that charge somewhat less. However it didn't take away from an enjoyable stay and I can only confirm that the reviews you read on here are all accurate.

Room Tip: They all seemed to be of the same standard!

Thank you for taking the time to post a review, and for your kind words. I've usually got a selection of different teas, decaffeinated coffee/tea, hot chocolate etc., but there is limited space on the condiment tray in the room to fit them all in!! If you mention your preferences next time you visit - I'll be happy to oblige - you only have to ask!!!
