As we were visiting Warwick for a few days this was ideal accommodation , close to the town but located in very pretty countryside. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We even borrowed a couple of DVDs from a selection in Reception. The owner made us very welcome and was helpful in giving directions, info on local places of interest, etc. good breakfast with wide selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurts freshly cooked breakfast made to order and a plentiful supply of tea, coffee and toast. All in all a lovely place to stay,

On arriving at the motel after 8pm we were welcomed with a big smile from the owner. She made us feel very welcome and showed us to our room. The room was comfortable and was great as a stop off for our journey. Breakfast was lovely and the owner was very accommodating when I asked for margarine instead of butter! Overall it was a nice stay and would recommend it.

This is a lovely farmhouse type premises just tucked off the main road. There is a lovely pub nearby (walking distance) and the main town centre is a few pounds in a taxi where other great bars can be found. The accommodation itself is quiet and clean with great parking and the owner is a lovely lady who cannot do enough for you. You have to have the cooked breakfast which is lovely and is served in traditional comfy conditions. We stayed for two night as we were at a wedding nearby and we have nothing but good things to say about it. If we are in that neck of the woods again we will definitely revisit.

We stayed in this lovely motel en route to a wedding in London and am so pleased we did.
Everything was perfect from the welcome we received, the room and the breakfast the morning after. My wife (who was 6 months pregnant at the time) was even offered a well cooked egg due to her condition! Brill!
The nearby Hatton Arms pub was recommended for evening meal and it was lovely. It is advisable to book though as it was very busy!
On piece of advice! Don't trust the sat nav!
Thanks for a great stay!

We booked this motel last minute after reading reviews on trip advisor, it was as brilliant as everyone else had said.

The room was clean and tidy, a nice bed, a tidy size bathroom with heated flooring, was able to park your car right outside the door. We opt for the breakfast in the morning which was lovely, Jane was fab! more than helpful!

Added bonus there was a pub within walking distance that served lovely food, we booked here for our trip to Warwick Castle which was a very short drive away! Very impressed with this motel and its services, will defiantly recommend and will stay there if we ever back in the area again!

Smashing place to stay. Provided us with just what we needed. Loved the motel style of the accommodation (all 6 of us in 3 rooms side by side). Room and bathroom well thought out. Beds very comfortable. Cooked breakfast excellent and Jane was a caring and helpful host, to the point of alerting her nearby friends and neighbours when our Beagle went missing (she came back after 30 hours in the fields).
