It’s really well situated (about 15 min walk to the train station, 5-10 min walk to Warwick Castle). The rooms are small and expensive but it’s hard to fault it because of this. Despite small, rooms are cosy with carpet flooring and provide a great place to rest after a busy day touring the local area with a large double bed and two very comfortable soft pillows per guest. The bathroom, though pretty small as well, has very nice wall furnishings and great shower/bath areas. The included bath salts were a nice touch. Though bear in mind that street facing rooms on lower floors can be noisy at early mornings and late evenings. Another downside is that the windows don’t have good sealing so cold wind slightly seeps in, but the duvet it very warm.

We stayed at this Warwick town centre bnb last weekend. I have to say that we had a fantastic stay at a wonderful place. The accommodation is on the upper floors of the pub and noise from the public areas is negligible. We did encounter some after closing time on each night, but we were there Friday and Saturday nights so no problems there. The room we had was lovely, large with a comfy bed and superb bathroom. We ate at the pub both nights and the food was great. On our second night we had been elsewhere to eat in the evening and were let down terribly where we had chosen (see review if Il Piccolinos). The staff at The Old Coffee Tavern looked after us brilliantly after hearing our tale of woe from that place.
Breakfast wise, great menu, all freshly cooked and delicious.
Perhaps the best part of this place and their jewel in the crown are the staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, and nothing too much trouble.
Given the hot weather we experienced, maybe the only observation would be the provision of a lower tog duvet on the bed.
A first class place in my view, which I recommend.

I was travelling on business and was delighted with a comfortable room to relax in.

I had a good nights sleep and a delightful breakfast in morning served in a little snug leading to the courtyard. The staff were all very welcoming.

We stayed here before visiting the racecourse. Central location, although no parking the staff were very helpful in recommending west rock carpark to keep car overnight. The breakfast was fantastic and made to order. The room itself was very spacious and well equipped. Windows were opened as it was a warm evening and I couldn't believe how quiet the town was!
We will be back next year
