Stayed here 1 night decided to book without taking note of reviews how wrong i was.
Booking made with booking.com who should be ashamed to even view this pub as accommodation for visitors to Warwick .Dirty room ,old totally mismatching curtains and dirty bed linen. What looked like blood splatters on walls which were also dirty as was the carpet behind bed filthy Ensuite Shower stopped working half way possibly because using nxt door toilet seat fell off sink shelf coming away from wall no draws or bedside table just wardrobe on Pub itself very tired, dirty unkempt needed a good clean. Ladies toilet disgusting! could go on Warwick is lovely this pub is not.

Room Tip: Do not book this inn there are no quiet rooms car park is outside your door packed with vans cars

On reading earlier reviews I was not too confident on staying here but as I had only booked 1 week before there were no other B&Bs in walking distance of the castle. I was pleasantly surprised at accommodation. Decor was dated but all rooms, sheets, towels and curtains were spotlessly clean and soap was provided. All staff were very friendly and helpful and they and pub regulars made as feel welcome. I would stay here again as very reasonably priced.

I stayed here with my husband as it was in a good location to get into Warwick. The rooms surround the car park and the smoking area so there are people outside your room all the time. People seemed to disperse and go to bed around the normal time that pubs usually close and I drifted off to sleep. I was then however woken up at midnight by music which was so loud I could still hear it after I put my earplugs in! Some male guests were having some sort of party and I did not feel safe to ask them to be quiet. This went on until the early hours which then ruined the rest of my holiday as I was exhausted. I think the owners must live on site so I was disgusted that they had not told these people to keep the noise down. I will never go back and I would not recommend it to anybody.

From the outside this B&B looks idyllic, but unfortunately it is far from that. I stayed here as a work stop over and was amazed with the amount of vans and other vehicles on the small car park. The worst thing was the car park is right outside the motel rooms.
Every movement, car door slam and smoking workman was disturbing. Bedding was also dirty with what appeared to be blood on the duvet cover. The pillow was also heavily stained.
All the above is a shame as the owners appear to be lovely people, but an eye for detail is a certain requirement in this trade which appeared to be lacking.

Breakfast, full English, nice...but a little small.

Don't expect a lot and you won't be disappointed !! The room was ok, clean (ish) , the shower didn't work and don't expect shampoo or any other luxurys ! We stayed or 2 nights, I managed to get some breakfast on the first morning of some very cold beans on toast. The second morning they decided to change the breakfast times without telling so we didn't get any breakfast ! You feel like your being a huge inconvenience to the staff and owner even though I gave the £130 of my hard earned cash. I don't think they have heard of the saying " the customer is always right" ! Would suit builders working away from home or stag do's .

My partner and I stayed here last weekend for 2 nights as were attending a wedding near Warwick. The staff were friendly and the pub was run by a family which gave a nice feel to the place. The breakfast was very average! The rooms were quite cramped and very dated although they were clean....ish. the bathroom again was dated and had a slight smell of urine which is to be honest not on! If the price was £35 - £40 you would be content I guess, but its double that price which really is not acceptable for what you get. these establishments should be strictly regulated and priced accordingly in comparison to the quality they offer the customer. Put it this way, I will not be staying here again!!

This is a small Inn with a big heart. As part of a group of 14 we were catered for superbly both in terms of accommodation and catering. Rooms are clean, functional and of a good standard for the price. Food in the pub is of a high standard with traditional pub fayre and good value for money. A very warm and friendly atmosphere cose to all central attractions.
