We thoroughly enjoyed 2 Sunday roast beef diners for £12.00. The taste was fine with more than generous portions, served with a side dish of cauliflower cheese.
The pub was very busy, with a good ambiance.

Very much a local, but we enjoyed a good home cooked lunch. Good value food and a good choice, plus a choice of real ales.

This place is brilliant in the summer when you can go and it in the beer garden. It is also a nice cosy place in the winter but it's quite small inside so you can't always get a table. The service from the bar staff / owners is excellent and the food and drink are extremely cheap for such a nice location. Would highly recommend!

We stumbled upon the millwright arms a few months back, and what a find it is. Sunday lunch for two people at just £12! Very reasonably priced but absolutely no corners cut, everything was freshly made in house even Yorkshire puddings (and these are standard on ALL dinners not just beef). No wonder the place was so busy, we had to wait about 10minutes for a table but it was well worth it. We received a hot plate full of all the usual suspects and then was greeted with a huge bowl of cauliflower cheese to share which oozed with tasty cheese sauce. We have come back most weeks since as it is the closest thing you will find to a dinner that you can cook yourself at home. Far superior to all these "gastro pubs" that are way over priced and lack any sort of atmosphere. See you Sunday!

Excellent value for money (food and beer) traditional pub with atmosphere! Not many of these type of pubs around, family run and a very warm welcome will greet most. I will be recommending to others, especially about the pint of st Austell tribute I had
