We had a Sunday meal here on Sunday 06/04/2014, with our children and great grandchildren. The roast beef was excellent. Highly recommended. :o)

In reply to your review I have spoken to the bar man in question ,who is also my Manager, he assured me he increased the volume on 2 occasions for you and asked if the volume was Ok on the second increase and you gave him the thumbs up , which he took that you were now happy , and you could now hear the rugby. You will see from our reviews are customers are happy with the style of pub we have ,and the fact we are not a sports bar, and yes our customers can bring their dogs in, as long as they are on a lead and well behaved. We pride ourselves on being a traditional old fashioned ale pub, family , and dog friendly, but we do understand not everyone will like our style of pub, but luckily there are plenty of sports bars and gastro pubs in Warwick for customers who want something different.

Good local pub. Food simple, honest pub grub, nice atmosphere. Great garden in the summer. Allow dogs which is a bonus.

I wasn't expecting much when going out for a quick bite to eat when staying at a local b&b. However, it was reasonably priced, decent quality grub. The staff and locals were all really friendly.

Certainly a better call than going and picking up a local takeaway and will definitely go back.

Was looking for a fresh, tasty meal in a relaxed and friendly environment and found it here. No our meals were well prepared and more than met our expectations, the staff were cheery and friendly and the drinks we sampled were tasty also. The menu is suitable for all members of the family, we'd have no hesitation going back again or recommending it to others.
