“Great for Warwick Castle”
Reviewed 21 August 2014

After a bit of trouble finding the hotel we finally arrived (use the postcode from reception not what's quoted on the website).
Great hotel, great location and very friendly and helpful staff, especially Tom D in the restaurant (even if he is a Liverpool fan!)
Rooms are spacious and clean, everything runs efficiently and feels very new; very close to Warwick Castle/St Nicholas Park - could walk in 30mins but also good parking at both for around £6 a day.
Food at dinner and breakfast was lovely and worth doing the £22.99 deal. Def need to book as soon fills up.
Our only gripe, is that wi-fi is advertised as free, this is true, but for only 30minutes a day, then you need to pay £3 every 24 hours....slightly misleading and really not necessary in this day n age, even Macdonald's offers free wifi and not time limited. We were relying on our phones for maps and looking up days out etc, more then 30 minutes would of been welcomed.
Free parking a bonus! Thank you for a great stay!

As previously written........., nice hotel, middle of industrial park, probably 30 mins walk from town and castle (we drove), quiet, clean, the car park ok size (we parked ok at 7pm). Helpful staff (you know who you are...Caroline (phone charger), Sam), small play area for children in reception (ideal for checking in purposes).
Meal deal good value and choice £22.99 for adult dinner and 1 adult breakfast and 2 children...bargain (was an issue with availability of sirloin (prob popular choice) but was soon sorted by Michelle. Thanks
Would we use again, definitely, would I recommend definitely, only gripe I should have booked earlier to get a better price, but we had a lovely stay
Thanks PI Warwick

The hotel is in a quiet location which is helpful as long as you have transport. When we arrived we tried to book dinner but was fully booked. We should have arranged in advance but found it difficult to find another place to eat and ended up with a takeaway. Strongly advise people to book early.

The room was freshly decorated but house keeping could have been better. There was a used cotton bud and hair band on the floor, plus old food stains on the carpet. Bathroom etc was fine, we just expect better from Premier Inn. Overall not a bad hotel but some tweaks could improve.

I've stayed in a few Premier Inn's now but this one particularly stands out. It's just off the motorway, clean, tidy and felt quite new. Everything ran like clockwork and both the reception and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. (Only one lady seemed a bit quiet and zoned out but it was 6am and that's fair in my book)!

I particularly liked the restaurant because it felt like one. It was nice having breakfast there as opposed to having it in a pub environment which always feels a bit odd to me. I'd definitely book again if travelling that way.

Decided to take the kids to Warwick castle, and booked 2 nights here. Totally worth the money. Bright, clean rooms, excellent service from front of house, and a 'can't do enough' attitude from staff make this a great place to stay. Took advantage of the 2 courses in the restaurant for £22.99 and get free breakfast, coupled with Kids eat breakfast free, we all ate 2 meals for £50.
A bit of a fight for parking, but since that's my only gripe, I can heartily recommend it!

Apart from the price of kids meals at dinner which we thought were expensive compared to national pub chains we know of . We thought this premier inn was excellent . Very friendly staff
Just wish the free wifi was an hour and not 30 minutes

My husband and I and our two boys (aged 11 and 6 respectively) had a wonderful stay at this hotel recently. We visited Warwick Castle and decided to make a weekend of it. The family room was big and spacious. The bathroom was a good size too and everything was clean and in working order. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival and our check-in went smoothly.

The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The receptionist even booked us a table at a local curry house when we asked for a recommendation. We all had a great night's sleep too, just like they promise in the ad. Those beds are really comfortable and despite the many families who stayed there the rooms were quiet, making for a guaranteed restful night's sleep.

The quality of the breakfast was good. My only negative is that there wasn't any fresh fruit even though they say so in the brochure. But all in all a reasonable breakfast. Our boys had a feast. Just a bit cheeky they give you only 30 mins free wifi.
