My husband and I and two sons 7 &. 2 stayed here to visit Warwick castle originally. We actually did Cadbury world and Heritage Motor Centre as well and found this hotel a great base.

As previous reviewers we booked the meal deal which I can honestly say was the best thing.

Staff friendly, rooms clean and car parking free.

Must say Wi-Fi a bit of a let down but on holiday least I needed to worry about was that.

Great price, everything that you need in a clean, modern room. The staff were so incredibly helpful as we were tight for time with a wedding to go to. We felt food was too expensive so ate elsewhere, but that was only because we were on a budget. Beware car parking at night is interesting, ended up parking on the grass, they do have an overflow car park, but we personally felt uncomfortable that no one else was parked there and it was some distance from the hotel and it didn't look like there was cctv there. Altogether a fantastic 1 night stay that far exceeded expectations.

After a bit of trouble finding the hotel we finally arrived (use the postcode from reception not what's quoted on the website).
Great hotel, great location and very friendly and helpful staff, especially Tom D in the restaurant (even if he is a Liverpool fan!)
Rooms are spacious and clean, everything runs efficiently and feels very new; very close to Warwick Castle/St Nicholas Park - could walk in 30mins but also good parking at both for around £6 a day.
Food at dinner and breakfast was lovely and worth doing the £22.99 deal. Def need to book as soon fills up.
Our only gripe, is that wi-fi is advertised as free, this is true, but for only 30minutes a day, then you need to pay £3 every 24 hours....slightly misleading and really not necessary in this day n age, even Macdonald's offers free wifi and not time limited. We were relying on our phones for maps and looking up days out etc, more then 30 minutes would of been welcomed.
Free parking a bonus! Thank you for a great stay!

As previously written........., nice hotel, middle of industrial park, probably 30 mins walk from town and castle (we drove), quiet, clean, the car park ok size (we parked ok at 7pm). Helpful staff (you know who you are...Caroline (phone charger), Sam), small play area for children in reception (ideal for checking in purposes).
Meal deal good value and choice £22.99 for adult dinner and 1 adult breakfast and 2 children...bargain (was an issue with availability of sirloin (prob popular choice) but was soon sorted by Michelle. Thanks
Would we use again, definitely, would I recommend definitely, only gripe I should have booked earlier to get a better price, but we had a lovely stay
Thanks PI Warwick

The hotel is in a quiet location which is helpful as long as you have transport. When we arrived we tried to book dinner but was fully booked. We should have arranged in advance but found it difficult to find another place to eat and ended up with a takeaway. Strongly advise people to book early.

The room was freshly decorated but house keeping could have been better. There was a used cotton bud and hair band on the floor, plus old food stains on the carpet. Bathroom etc was fine, we just expect better from Premier Inn. Overall not a bad hotel but some tweaks could improve.
