A working mill that's only open once a month and at bank holidays, but it's a hidden gem. The volunteer staff were friendly and informative and happy to play along to a 4-year-old know-it-all. We had the pleasure of a guide all to ourselves and the tour was distinctly hands-on. A fascinating hour in a lovely setting not far from Charlecote Park. Best of all, there was free refreshments and home-made cake at the end (although we left a tip that was bigger than the entrance fee!)
Our little one was entranced and educated all at the same time.
