Stayed for 2 nights while attending a games fair. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a good nights sleep with no disturbances from other guests. I also had the breakfast and evening meal deal, both nights, and enjoyed every meal. I will be booking here again during the next games fair.

We arrived very tired and hungry after a long journey, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by a friendly helpful receptionist, we asked if we could eat straight away this she organised for us immediately, in the restaurant we were warmly greeted by Ros who seated us and took our order for drinks, Krystian our waiter was very helpful and polite as was Ewan who served us breakfast in the morning. The food was of a very good standard no complaints. Our room was bright clean and spacious, the shower was good. Earlier in the week we had stayed at a 3 and 4 star hotel neither of those were as welcoming or delivered such a good standard of service as this premier inn.

This hotel was probably the best, or equal to any Premier Inn's we've stayed in. The staff, cleanliness and noise were what we would expect from any hotel. The only downside, and it's minor, it it's out of town, about 25 minutes walk to Broad Street. That said, Edgbaston is really nice and there's a grt reservoir nearby. Plenty of restaurants and casinos near the hotel. All in all, we'd definitely go back.

This Premier Inn is very good value if you can book a room for £29 as I was able to do on one occasion back in January.

The Premier Inn is not directly on the main (Hagley) road, being behind a number of eateries.Consequently the hotel is quite difficult to locate, especially as the virtually non existant signposting is poor. This is at best frustrating, especially as the road is frequently very busy, and at worst dangerous.

On arrival there was no one 'manning' reception. After a wait of ten minutes a young man appeared, but he did not think it appropriate to apologise or offer an explanation for his 'disappearance'.

The room was spacious, clean, well equipped and furnished with a comfoirtable bed. The en suite was good.

Stayed here after visiting a show at the NEC and was very impressed with the service and accommodation, Damian the assistant manager could not have been more helpful during our stay and advised us of all the best places to go in the evening. All in all would not hesitate to stay again when next visiting Birmingham.

Working at the Indoor Arena, Birmingham, I stayed at this Premier Inn. It is a 20 minute walk or short bus ride from the centre of Birmingham but was excellent value for money. There is free parking. I was greeted on reception by Adam, who could not have been more pleasant or helpful. My room wasfurnished in the usual 'budget' style, but was large, with flat screen TV with Freeview, tea and coffee making facilities, very comfortable bed, spotless bedding and towels. Basic but clean and functional en suite. Breakfast was the best imaginable, 4 types of milk! Delicious fruits of the forest compote, excellent range of cereals, muffins, crumpets, breads etc. good coffee Best of all the hot selection is cooked to order and is superb. The breakfast is served in the Beefeater, which is part of the hotel and they serve a very reasonable 'meal deal' before 6.30 pm. I had steak, chips, coleslaw and garlic bread, all for £6.95. This will certainlky be my hotel of choice when visiting Birmingham again.
