Have just returned from birmingham after staying sat night in this hotel with my husband
We were up there to see alexandra burke at the NIA.Having read the reviews before i felt confident that this would be the best place to stay.I was right we were greeted with a great smile from the gentleman at reception and were given our room key we had also booked breakfast for the morning. At first getting to the room on the 2nd floor which was right by the lift we thought that the noise of the lift and the door maybe a problem but it was not.The room was perfectly clean and adequate for what we required. The reception had booked us a taxi in the evening and when it had not arrived the receptionist very kindlly phoned for us, nothing was too much trouble. It is only about 5mins away to the NIA and about £7.00.
We had a very comfortable nights sleep with no distubances which i did think there may have been as it was as saturday night.
Breakfast was taken in the beefeater which is ajoined, the staff were all very curteous and efficient.Everything is topped up by the staff regularly and the cooked breakfast is cooked to order unlike alot of hotels that charge very inflated prices for luke warm buffet food. All in all a very pleasant stay good value for money and would recomend this to anyone for a short break and would definately use again.

A group of us travelled to Birmingham for a friend's wedding this weekend ... and then it snowed. We could not get to the wedding so stayed in the pub opposite the hotel all day! The hotel and pub are connected and it was the same staff working in both. They were brilliant - very helpful. Even when a friend's car wouldn't start to come home this morning. The chefs had been pushing cars all Saturday and the food was still good (standard pub fayre). The room was good - standard for a Premier Inn but reasonably priced and comfy. Thanks to all the staff for making what could have been a really rubbish and frustrating day fun!

My previous experience with Premier Inn hotels was not pleasant so I was not sure about staying there. My company booked hotel so i had no choice. I must say that this was the most pleasent stay out of all my stays in Premier Inn's. Very nice rooms, very nice staff, excellent service. Will recomend this one for sure!

first stay at a premier inn, would use them again, staff helpful and friendly. Hotel on main road and seemed to be quite full but spent a restful night. Breakfast and lunch in restaurant (Beefeater) very good, again service friendly staff happy to help.

This is a bit of a cheat as i didnt stay - i live just round the corner - BUT - i was looking for somewhere that could do 20 recovery breakfasts on a sunday morning - later than 10.00am
The Premier Inn/Beefeater to the rescue - the breakfast were great & the level of service - outstanding & if we need hotel beds in Brum in the future - next time it will be at this Premier Inn
Well done to Tracey & Ewen

All the staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay.
The rooms are comfortable and very clean as was the rest of the complex. The showers are very powerful and hot.

Lots of parking ... look out for the TGI Friday sign if you are not sure of the location of the hotel on Hagley road.
