Quietly situated, yet right on the motorway links. Good priced rooms with every amenity. Particularly suitable for the disabled or infirm and ideal layouts if you have a carer. Loved the cosey bed too.

Good hotel but needs a phone in the rooms and air conditioning is a must. The bed was too high and is quite dangerous when you have kids. Should really have a lower bed as some people would struggle to get on the bed.

I would like to thank you for taking the time out to leave your review and feedback about your stay here at Great Barr Premier Inn.
I would like to appologise about the room tempreture you experieanced whilst staying here, We do provide fans at reception if any of our guest's let us know they are not happy with the temperature control, Reception is 24 hours so guest's can approach any time during there stay and the staff will be happy to help at any time.
I would also like to appologise about the height of our beds which caused you a problem during your stay and it was a inconvenience for you with your children. We do provide truckle beds for children which are alot lower to the ground for when our guest's request a family room.
I hope I have gave you some positive answer's to your feedback and hope you will return to Great Barr Premier Inn in the future.

Myself, my husband and our two small children stayed here after a visit to Drayton Manor. It took about 20 minutes to get there from the park. On arrival there were plenty of free parking spaces at the front and rear of the hotel. The receptionist was lovely and friendly and Very attentive.

We stayed in room 202 which was a family room. We had a double bed, two singles and a travel cot (we requested the cot on booking). The room was very modern and clean with a large flat screen TV and a good selection of channels. The bathroom was again clean and modern. We had a walk in shower and toilet which was fine with our little ones (shower maybe not so good for children under 1).

We ordered breakfast on arrival for the following morning. The lady working in the restaurant was an absolute legend and she made a real fuss of the children. She couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order and the continental items were stocked up well.

When we come back to Birmingham we will definitely be staying at this hotel. In the current climate when a lot of people have not a lot to be cheerful about it was lovely to come into contact with such pleasant friendly staff :-)

I stay away a lot on business and the Premier Inn chain is perfect for me. This hotel has lovely staff, a superb Indian restaurant next door and above all from Monday to Thursday is incredibly quiet. Hence I was able to do paperwork in the evening and get a good night's sleep. You must try the Balti restaurant next door. The food is exceptional quality. Allow plenty of time though to get into Birmingham in the morning; the traffic is really bad.

Room Tip: Just ask for a quiet room and the staff will oblige.

Fabulous stay. The staff were excellent, very attentive, professional and friendly. Although all the staff were fabulous, we have to give a special shout out to Shanna, Premier Inn should be very proud of her. Thank you Shanna and Sophie for my daughters birthday card as well! Great location. Only an 8 mile drive to Birmingham and if you dont want to drive you can get the bus across the road outside the school.

Good eateries in the location with Harvester to the front and an Indian restaurant and takeaway down the road. Would stay again.
