We went to the pen museum as some of our friends recommended it to us and we spent a great time.
It's a museum worth going to and you will be impressed by all the things they've got inside. I found it really interesting to know more about this forgotten industry, as it's important to preserve the industrial inheritage of Birmingham.
Take your children with you, as there are many activities for them. It's a great place to arouse their creativity. Volunteers that work there are all lovely and they will take time to answer to your questions. You can do your own nib, write your name in Braille...
It's free, but please, make a donation, as it would be a shame to see this kind of museums disappearing !
