Sometimes you need a quick and hassle free overnight stop. You need a central location, painless check in on a self serve machine but helped by a friendly person. You need everything to work smoothly, clean room, good sleep, good breakfast with no queue. If you need that, stay here.

Stayed at this Premier inn during the weekend of the 10th-11th May and was amazed at the level of customer service at this hotel - 7 stars !!!!! Every single member of the team there went out of their way to ensure our visit was perfect. Of note was Sheila and her 'breakfast boys'. Full of smiles, keen to chat, happy to help. They really did epitomise the whole ethos of the staff at this hotel. Can't recommend the place enough :-)

We stayed here for 3 nights (9th-11th May) great location, 5 min walk from the station, plenty of eating and drinking establishments nearby.

From booking in, to leaving we were well pleased with the friendliness of all the staff, from receptionist to chambermaids all very chatty and helpful.

We emailed way before we were due to arrive and asked if we could possibly be given a top floor room and this was granted to us on check in, from then on nothing was too much effort for any of the staff.

We have now stayed in various Premier Inns from Middle east to Midlands, the great thing is everyone works along the same lines so you know what you are getting on arrival.

This was value for money and so clean. Staff very friendly and kind. Was assisted in every way possible. I liked the chef more he went out his way to make our toast the way we like it and brought it to us.

Stayed here for the weekend at beginning of may for a reunion weekend. Easy to check in via the self check in machines. However we booked a twin room but were given a double bed. informed staff who changed room immediately with no problem. All staff in this hotel are very friendly ALL of the time. stayed here twice now and both times the same. Breakfast buffet is amazing. costs £8.95 but with toast, crumpets, croissants, fruit, fruit juice, tea coffee... sausage bacon eggs etc make it worth every penny ! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying again next year ! thank you for making us so welcome

Stayed at this hotel on Monday evening. Met all the usual standards one has come to expect from a Premier Inn. The location is perfect for getting to the arena. Only a few minutes from New Street Station. Good night's sleep; absolutely no noise problem.
