“Great weekend”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 May 2014

Had 32 rooms booked for a kids football tour. All checked in with no problem. Great central location. Bar and restaurant decent. Bar closed a little early.
Highly recommend and would deff stay there again.

Just spent two nights here with 32 junior footballers! Thanks to all the staff for putting up with us! Great central hotel, a good base for sight seeing.
Will be back ( perhaps not with 32 children next time!)

Very friendly and cheerful staff, especially Sheila from the resturant.
Excellent room over looking Birmingham Cathedral. Double bed and a single, very clean and spacious with all the normal facilities.
The location was great just off the main shopping areas, 5 minute walk to the Bullring shopping centre. Great Cocktail Bar next door called Fumo although it was very busy when we went on the Saturday night.
One negative was being woken during the night/early morning by the bins being emptied which was loud.
Would deffinatley recommend this hotel and will be going back again for another weekend in Birmingham soon.

Sometimes you need a quick and hassle free overnight stop. You need a central location, painless check in on a self serve machine but helped by a friendly person. You need everything to work smoothly, clean room, good sleep, good breakfast with no queue. If you need that, stay here.

Stayed at this Premier inn during the weekend of the 10th-11th May and was amazed at the level of customer service at this hotel - 7 stars !!!!! Every single member of the team there went out of their way to ensure our visit was perfect. Of note was Sheila and her 'breakfast boys'. Full of smiles, keen to chat, happy to help. They really did epitomise the whole ethos of the staff at this hotel. Can't recommend the place enough :-)

We stayed here for 3 nights (9th-11th May) great location, 5 min walk from the station, plenty of eating and drinking establishments nearby.

From booking in, to leaving we were well pleased with the friendliness of all the staff, from receptionist to chambermaids all very chatty and helpful.

We emailed way before we were due to arrive and asked if we could possibly be given a top floor room and this was granted to us on check in, from then on nothing was too much effort for any of the staff.

We have now stayed in various Premier Inns from Middle east to Midlands, the great thing is everyone works along the same lines so you know what you are getting on arrival.

This was value for money and so clean. Staff very friendly and kind. Was assisted in every way possible. I liked the chef more he went out his way to make our toast the way we like it and brought it to us.
