“Amazing Value”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 May 2014

This hotel couldn't be more central or more welcoming. Contributed to a fabulous weekend.
Bar was lively but closed promptly to ensure we all had a good nights sleep! Told where to park which was a short walk away and good value, £11 for 24 hours.

Very convenient; every important location (including Bullring, Train Station, Paradise Circus) is in 5 minutes distance walking distance.

Breakfast is very cheap but better than many 5-star hotel breakfasts.

Good value for money is actually valid for the overall stay: very cheap but better than many other good hotels.

Twin rooms are shown as 2 single beds on their website, but they only provide sofa beds in double rooms. They guarantee a good night sleep for the double bed (which is true), but don't care the person sleeping on the sofa bed.

We had never tried Premier Inn before and have been completely won over. The family rooms were excellent with everything you would expect from a much higher priced hotel, at only £35 per room. They were so quiet even though the hotel is situated in the city centre (really convenient as everything was in walking distance) and we did indeed all enjoy a really good night's sleep in the very comfortable beds, as the adverts promise! The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the service at breakfast was brilliant (we had the all you can eat option for £8.75 each - the kids were free) Special mention to Matt and Luke! And not forgetting the charismatic chef, who cooked us some mean veggie sausages :)

I've stayed here a couple of times now and would not consider anywhere else in the city centre. The prices (advance bookings) and location are unbeatable. Just a few minutes stroll from New Street shops and the station, theatres, museums, restaurants etc. There is a good Wetherspoons in the next road if you fancy a quick cheap meal/drink too. Local buses stop by the church opposite, so a car is really obsolete and a nuisance to park, plus a costly exercise! Good clean rooms, spacious enough - especially family rooms, and a restaurant/bar on the premises make this hotel a good choice for visiting the city,

Stayed a couple of nights here to take a look around my home town. Great service and a good nights sleep in a nice clean room. You can't ask for more, especially for the price and we would definitely stay here again

Stayed at this hotel for the third time & it was yet another good stay. The staff here are all brilliant! Nothing is too much trouble. There are not many city centre hotels around at this price. Well done - keep it up.
