Had a great, comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about using this premier inn. The bathroom was clean and tidy with a working shower. The bed was super comfy and there was no noise coming from outside the room or the Inn.

This hotel is consistently excellent. Very friendly staff (nothing is ever too much trouble), large rooms, comfortable beds, perfect air conditioning and all at a very reasonable price. Nothing negative to say. First class premier inn.

I have stayed at the Premier Inn on lots of occasions. An annual meeting place for all my friends to get together. ( Many of my friends live in different parts of the UK) so its a great catch up weekend, The staff are very friendly and helpful, & even though we turned up an hour earlier, our rooms were ready. The hotel is a short walk away from Birmingham city centre and the famous Bullring for shopping. The hotel is near some fabulous restaurants and pub and clubs. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel, that's why my friends and I keep returning for our annual get together. Opposite the hotel is a wonderful park where you can sit and relax on a wonderful sunny day.

Room Tip: We stayed at the front of the hotel, and as the windows are 'Triple' glazed you don't ge...

One of the best premier inns we have stayed in, lovely and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Also great location, right in the city centre.
The only problem is parking but the hotel recommended we park near snow hill station which is just a 5 minute walk away and only £11 for 24 hours (much cheaper than parking in the bullring which is around the same distance away).
The restaurant is also great, breakfast lovely and some nice lunch time snacks on the menu!

This hotel was really excellent value for money. Good facilities which were clean, modern and well looked after, it felt like being in a hotel which would charge much more money. The location is good for New Street, museum and shopping

It doesn't cease to amaze me how some opinions are so full of themselves. The reception has both automated and a friendly helpful person on reception always willing to help with whatever query you might have. This isn't a 5 star hotel it's one of a few lower budget hotels and in all honesty for the money the rooms are always clean beds amazingly comfortable and bathrooms spotless. Free Wifi? In this day and age most people have unlimited data and tethering but for those few who don't unlimited wifi is available for £3.00 for 24 hours. I've found nothing is free and those that offer it recoup it back in other areas. The bar can get a little busy Thursday to Saturday but it's an indication that the locals know a good thing. Foods good drinks cold service polite and prompt. You don't have to drink or eat there I've no complaints and don't see a reason to go traipsing across Birmingham on walkabout. Charging to a room........ I'm still laughing at that one. It'll be bell boys next and turning back the covers in the evening M'lady. IT'S A BUDGET HOTEL and for the price especially how central it is its a gem. I suggest truerreviewer try the Hyatt just down the road, and can ask for whatever they want. I recommend this Hotel without hesitation.

Does what the advert says clean, good beds, comfortable and despite being in the city centre quiet with no noise from the corridors or outside. The rooms are functional with all the basics to hand, The hotel is well positioned to reach all the central areas and shops. The attentive staff were polite and helpful. Good basic place to stay.
