Was booked in for 2 nights but left early.
It is a nightmare to find with no parking (NCP is £20 a night and a good 5 min walk away).
Whole place is very dated and run down (not like the pics on website) and stinks of stale alcohol and cigarette smoke (I smoke and I can smell it!) rooms are ok size but basic is an understatement and the most uncomfortable bed ever!
Breakfast was disgusting, even the tea was grey and undrinkable.
This place is used for emergency accommodation for homeless people (who gladly tell u this when sharing a lift!)
Location is good - only a few mins walk from train station and Bull ring, but really it has nothing else to offer. There is a reason it is £40 a night in this location.
