Would just like to say stayed here for two nights,16th-18th of April,staff were not very helpfull.Rooms were dirty,wardrobes the same had to leave clothes in my bag.Resident bar closed at 11,30 never heard of that anywhere.overall not a pleasent stay wont be back.Only thing going for it is location.Dont recommend this so called hotel to anyone.

Room tip: Dont book a room

As I would advise any guest, should you experience any issues during your stay or wish to raise any concerns you feel should be brought to our attention, there is a Duty Manager available 24 hours per day who will gladly assist you in making your stay a much more comfortable and enjoyable one, enabling you to leave the hotel with a more favorable view.

Only one night I stayed in this hotel, April 2015. But once in the room you immediately wanted to leave. Dust everywhere, thread bare horrid carpets. NOT CLEAN. Bedding below par. NOT CLEAN. Very hot in the room. Stains everywhere. BED BUGS. WOKE UP TO HUNDREDS OF BITES.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BOOKING THIS HOTEL.

Just stayed for one night, the room was clean, & the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, and although the hotel could do with some modernising, it was perfectly adequate, and a very good location. Would happily stay again.

Accommodation was limited due to NEC Truck show but I would have rather stayed on the floor of the airport. We checked in at 11pm and were asked to pay up front, not the normal protocol where we are from. Paid cash, which was only accepted along with photographic ID which was photocopied. Receptionist was rude and very untidy looking. Got up to our room.....the only positive thing was that bed sheets were clean. Décor was dark and dated, carpets were thread bare and badly stained. Curtains and net curtains were disgusting. The next morning we had outside view in daylight......not good!!! Windows were absolutely disgusting and the ground outside badly littered with cigarette butts. Windows, walls and doors were paper thin so room was extremely noisy.

disgusting dirty hotel, went in a group to go to safari park and cadbury world people of all ages on tour and not one had a nice experience, one couple even booked into a different hotel as upgraded rooms were all the same, peeling paint and wallpaper filthy windows, overall not a nice place.

Room tip: rooms at front are noisy, rooms at bac look onto a brick wall
