Just stayed for a night with my 14 year old daughter to have a break in the half term holidays. Very pleased withe the whole experience from check in onwards. Allocated a room on the 20th floor so terrific views of the city. Room was modern ,spacious and the bed as always in Hyatts was oh so comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, they even brought up a welcome plate with a bottle of water, nice touch. Pool and spa area top notch. Breakfast was an event with great choices and I would advise ordering some poached eggs if that's your thing, how they cook them that perfectly I don't know. £142 for a twin room with that breakfast is quite simply outstanding value in my opinion. Will be returning in the spring for a long weekend. Thank you to the staff......

Lovely hotel in great location! Stayed on the 11th floor in a triple room. Room was absolutely immaculate. Super breakfast and very helpful, knowledgeable staff who really couldn't do enough for my family and I. Would definitely stay again.

This was our third visit to the Hyatt.. and it was a joint christmas present for myself and my husband aswell as a valentines weekend away!
And yet again we had another excellent stay, we were placed this time on the 24th floor our previous stays were on the 22nd and 23rd. We had a lovely view of the canal.
And were greeted by some delicious truffles and a few homemade sweets on a plate.
Our room was lovely as always. The only little niggle this time was we had booked a show at the theatre so around 7ish made our way to the lifts to which we stood for around 10minutes waiting no lift came, We then decided to walk down to the 22nd floor and try still nothing by this time we had been waiting 15 minutes or more and we getting late for our show so we had no choice but to walk down 24 floor flights of stairs (as we had already walked two to get to the 22nd) to make our show on time. When we walked in the lobby the queue of people waiting for the lift was a little big and to our surprise no one had told reception to which the lady did apologize but didnt know anything about it. So that was our only niggle with the hotel this time, as you can imagine walking down all the stairs wasnt exactly the highlight of my evening!
But we will defintley be back hopefully sometime soon :)

Previously used hotel for a weekend leisure trip to Birmingham. A level of disappointment regarding the food and drink offering in the executive lounge regarding availability, replenishment of the offerings and timeliness of replenishment.
