We had a really good conference at the ICC both during the day and night!
The day was spent mainly in the theatre which involved moving 1000 people from adjacent rooms on several occasions. Clearly this transition was busy but the staff had it well organised by allowing certain sections in and out of the theatre at different times. The special effects provided in the theatre were excellent with snow and ticker tape falling from the roof!!
Lunch was very busy and the food was provided by our company so cannot comment on the quality if lunch normally provided.
The evening meal and party was excellent, with the food provided being of a particularly high standard even if there were large gaps between courses to accommodate the 1000 guests!
I would recommend this centre as a very versatile place to hold any conferences or company parties.

I was here for a 2 day event in July 2013. I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the facility. It seems to be well run and the staff were very friendly and helpful in fixing any minor needs we had with our stand.

It took me until the second day to spot the southern entrance (adjacent to the canal) - which saved a bit of walking - plus added a very scenic minor diversion alongside the canal too.

There are a few shops and cafes on the ground floor if you need them!

Great location and some good aspects to the experience. Free wifi (although it drops out too often). Lots of walking between "halls" but it can accommodate large numbers. Food queues are huge ... By now they should have worked out how to manage this better. Food itself was average, although the dessert was good. Coffee and tea - absolutely foul. The coffee was the worst I've ever tasted since Britain discovered fresh coffee beans! You'd be better off asking for one of the fruit or herbal tea bags, or going downstairs to the coffee shop.
