Stayed here for a night in June and chose it for its location, the hotel is extremely close to Brindley place which makes it fantastic for a night out. The parking is round the corner at Qparks and costs about £12 with a ticket from the hotel.

The room itself was clean and quite large, but was very warm. The room had aircon but it is set by the hotel and can only be adjusted a few degrees either way, which did make it a bit uncomfortable. This really was my only complaint.

Dear Reviewer

Thank you for writing a review on Tripadvisor which we have shared with the team. Guest feedback is extremely important to us and we are glad that you enjoyed your stay on this occasion.

We believe that our location is one of the best, further enhanced with our 2 terrace areas which are the perfect venue for enjoying a drink in the glorious sunshine. Combine that with the fabulous cocktail menu that is available and it’s the perfect way to unwind after a busy day in the city.

We hope to see you again in the future.

Kind regards

Me and my partner stayed in the hotel for 1 night on a Saturday. The staff were very welcoming and at your service. The rooms were very clean and spacious - all rooms equipped. The rooms over looked Brindley place, the rooms were very sound proof so we got a goodnight sleep - the bed was very comfortable:). We were booked in breakfast and there was a variety to choose from. Parking was around the corner from the hotel and you were discounted to £12 for the overnight stay. Overall an a very nice hotel based in a nice location of Birmingham.

Overall the Hotel is very nice. Great location and friendly staff. The rooms are very good with comfortable bed and reasonable pillows.

I had my evening meals in the hotel because it was paid for by my company. I would be very disappointed if I paid for it my self. The food is over priced and very bland with not much selection. The produce is not up to the descriptions on the menu and the restaurant it self is very dated and tired. The breakfast was average. No toast around on all of my stay and slow to get a warm drink.

I would eat elsewhere if you can.

Stayed for 3 nights - located in a secluded street near Broad Street, this property has many things to offer beside a bed to rest.

Room - cosy. The bed (426) big enough and comfortable. iMac at your disposal with fast internet (y) carpet need some attention due to heavy traffic or lack of cleanliness.

Restaurant - eat out!! Terrible food. I wasn't the only one that didn't enjoy the food other guests did the same. As a second chance, during the football match ordered some Nachos...not very inviting the way it was served.

Staff - reception staff very accommodating and willing to help you, same for restaurant.

Overall good stay and no doubt I can recommend this hotel.

Stayed three nights here. Nice, clean spacious rooms with a stylish modern touch. Welcoming staff. There are lots of good bars and restaurants within 5 minute walking distance. Free wi fi throughout the hotel was a real nice touch indeed. There is a gym for those with expendable energy. Would recommend.

recently stayed for a weekend with a party of ladies - rooms were clean, stylish just a problem with windows which were not easy to close. A phone call to reception soon sorted this out as a staff member arrived promptly to close it.
Good bathroom facilities, iron, tv, keyboard etc - in short a well appointed room

staff went the extra mile for our party of ladies and couldn't have been more helpful when dealing with bookings, drink orders, taxis etc

Breakfast queues weren't an issue and food was on the whole well cooked - we also had an evening meal which was of excellent quality -

would recommend for nearby bars and nightlife the bullring is also not too far away - great value stay.

Room Tip: check the window situation from outset as rooms can get stuffy and there is a level of outside noise
