We spent there four days during the Holy Week. I wasn´t expecting too much of the city nor the hotel, but I was very surprised of what I found in the hotel. It was one of the more comfortable and well equiped hotels I ever stayed in. Rooms were very functional yet decorated in a very simple and full of taste style, something I appreciate very much. There was a Mac computer (I am a Mac user¡) in every room, something which was very sueful when organizing the daily plan in a city as Birmingham, which has not too much to see. Staff people were very helpful and nice addressing us to ll the hidden places, events and restaurants we asked for. Finally, breakfast in this hotel was gorgeous!!! It consisted in a buffet with fruits, cereals, juice, bread, etc...but also included was food you could order, like scramble eggs, sausages (really good) or porridge.
So, definitively, I would not only visit it again for a realaxing weekend, but also will be glad to stay in other hotels of the same chain.More
