The room was comfortable and the decor was in good condition, The Hotel is situated approx 400 metres from the Mail Box and 400 Metres from Symphony hall which was the reason for our visit. The German market starts just outside Symphony hall and lays a trail throughout the City Centre Shopping

I stayed here for 2 nights to meet up with ex colleagues. The staff were great and the chain either know how to recruit the right attitude and/or their customer service training is great. Clean room (although smaller than other PI’s I have stayed in) comfortable, very convenient for Broad Street or the shopping areas etc. My room overlooked the canal at the back so was quiet from outside, but their was some internal noise from other rooms and the corridor door every time it opened and closed. The car park is free, but not huge and a deal of double parking goes on that can make getting out tricky.

Will certainly stay at any Premier Inn in the future. Very good beds - room clean and comfortable, very helpful staff.Would recommend without hesitation and now prefer the Premier Inns to any hotels.

Room Tip: As far as we could tell any room is a good room.

Stayed here one night with work. Good company rate of £77 including breakfast.
Nice, straightforward, basic hotel. Rooms aren't massive, but comfortable. Small bathroom and small TV - but otherwise very good.
Central - just off Broad street - handy for all the bars etc.
Car park right outside - but limited spaces.

Restaurant food was suprisingly good. Went down very late just before the kitchens closed at 9:30 and was served very quickly by friendly staff. Had Duck parcels and Lancashire hot-pot. Good value tasty food. Nothing special - but surprisingly good for hotel restaurant food.
Breakfast was very good. Great selection of cereals etc. All brands (Crunchy nut cornflakes etc) - seem to have made an effort to offer good quality food. Cooked breakfast - freshly made to order - not buffet style. Very well cooked! Nicest hotel breakfast I've had for a while!

Would stay here again.

Just off Broad Street within easy walking distance of the NIA, Symphony Hall and Town Hall, but far enough off to make for a good nights sleep. Staff were efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.Buffet style Continental Breakfast @ £5.50 each was good and good value. Free car parking for residents, but only a limited amount of spaces. A pleasant place to stay.

Room Tip: Avoid room 200 to miss the banging of the front door as guest arrived and left during the night

One-night trip to Birmingham to see Within Temptation performing at the O2. Couldn't fault the hotel at all - room was clean and tidy, everything worked, staff were extremely polite and courteous. Would recommend without hesitation!
