The hotel is in a great location for the NIA, & close to some really good bars & restaurants. Really easy to find, & parking on site. The staff we're extremely helpful and directed us to the NIA. The breakfast was very tasty, and nice & fresh as it's cooked to order.

Booked at beginning of year to attend Conference at nearby ICC for £98 for 2 nights. Have stayed at various Premier Inns over the years and never disappointed with the standard of accommodation. This stay was no different! Georgie on reception was outstanding, so friendly and welcoming. Although I arrived at 13.25 and expected to have to wait until 14.00 to check in, was given key so that I could go straight to room. Had requested a room on top floor (given 416), which was very quiet. Clean, bright room, comfy double bed, tea/coffee making facilities and flat screen tv on wall. Bathroom was reasonable size with a powerful shower over the bath. Only 1 problem encountered was the temperature in the room. Thermostat set on 25 degrees and no matter how many times it was altered, it kept returning to 25 degrees. Reception dealt with this problem as best as they could but room was pretty hot at night, which made it uncomfortable to sleep as well as could have. However I enjoyed my 2 nights there and would definitely return if ever in Birmingham again.

The location of this Premier Inn is brilliant for Centenary Square, The Mailbox and City centre, 10 minute walk to Birmingham New Street Station

Room Tip: Request room on top floor overlooking canal if possible.

This is a really good value option if you are attending an event at the Birmingham International Conference Centre. Just two minutes walk from the front door. Usual Premier Inn features with friendly front desk staff. Restaurant and some rooms have canal view.

We stayed at this hotel as it was the closest to the venue of a show we were going to see.
We fell on our feet as it was an excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff.

great hotel, the rooms are absolutely spotless!! The location is right in the heart of birmingham and a 5 minute walk to the mailbox and city centre nightclubs. No noise what so ever was heard throughout our stay. On a more personal note: Charlotte the receptionist was absolutely fantastic, she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and remained smiley, approachable and genuinely friendly throughout our whole stay. We ate in the restaurant for both evening meal and breakfast- the food served was good, however, Samantha the waitress was our highlight. It was her very first shift, and she was so down to earth and friendly that we could have stayed in the restaurant for another hour! She remembered us in the morning, and asked how our night was and seemed genuinely interested to know how our stay had been. Upon mentioning this to Charlotte as we departed - she informed us, she was in fact her sister. This sister act is definitely worth the trip to this premier inn for the 5 star service you receive from check in to departure

Very good service. Comfortable place to stay with friendly staff. travelling alone & feel safe. Wish they would not keep raising the prices sometimes as much as £80 which is too much for this type of hotel in Birmingham

If you want a hotel that is no frills and good value for money then look no further. Ideally located for Centenary Square, Brindley Place, The Mailbox and the City Centre. On site car parking at a very reasonable cost. Only criticisms are the bedrooms are a bit small and they lack air conditioning - but at £29 for a Friday night who cares?
