very nice staff who tried really hard to ensure i had a good stay. bad nights sleep due to a lot of noise from outside and a fluctuating temperature inside but the staff took this into account and helped by changing my room and things were much better

A trip to Birmingham for a wedding Friday 30th.this was the choice of my wife. What a great choice, room 312 was excellent at the end of a corridor over looking a carpark and a paved area from the building next door, result perfect nights sleep.Staff wonderful and efficient even helped us by allowing a slightly early booking in so we could get our best clothes on for the service, thank you.
Ah but the best is yet to come, breakfast in the Thyme Restaurant,Continental style, beautiful room, overlooking the canal and a Narrow boat came past. What a selection and proper Costa Latte, excellent stay, wonderful.Yes i will say stay there.also but not for me, only mins walk from the bars and clubs.

I love Premier Inns, they are always clean and modern, with ultra comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff, good food, wifi, and usually a good location.
This is no exception. It's in a fantastic location for the Symphony Hall and conference centres, near to the city centre and New Street station.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and will defiitely stay there again whenever I visit Birmingham.
And it's not expensive either!
Recommended.

The hotel is in a great location for the NIA, & close to some really good bars & restaurants. Really easy to find, & parking on site. The staff we're extremely helpful and directed us to the NIA. The breakfast was very tasty, and nice & fresh as it's cooked to order.

Booked at beginning of year to attend Conference at nearby ICC for £98 for 2 nights. Have stayed at various Premier Inns over the years and never disappointed with the standard of accommodation. This stay was no different! Georgie on reception was outstanding, so friendly and welcoming. Although I arrived at 13.25 and expected to have to wait until 14.00 to check in, was given key so that I could go straight to room. Had requested a room on top floor (given 416), which was very quiet. Clean, bright room, comfy double bed, tea/coffee making facilities and flat screen tv on wall. Bathroom was reasonable size with a powerful shower over the bath. Only 1 problem encountered was the temperature in the room. Thermostat set on 25 degrees and no matter how many times it was altered, it kept returning to 25 degrees. Reception dealt with this problem as best as they could but room was pretty hot at night, which made it uncomfortable to sleep as well as could have. However I enjoyed my 2 nights there and would definitely return if ever in Birmingham again.

The location of this Premier Inn is brilliant for Centenary Square, The Mailbox and City centre, 10 minute walk to Birmingham New Street Station

Room Tip: Request room on top floor overlooking canal if possible.

This is a really good value option if you are attending an event at the Birmingham International Conference Centre. Just two minutes walk from the front door. Usual Premier Inn features with friendly front desk staff. Restaurant and some rooms have canal view.

We stayed at this hotel as it was the closest to the venue of a show we were going to see.
We fell on our feet as it was an excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff.
We will stay again !!
